Clean Rooms

We develop and install a variety of Clean Room solutions. Leave it to us to help you find a solution for your Clean Room needs and design the perfect solution for your organization.

Clean Rooms are facilities that are developed for the purpose of particular fields of research such as biological or chemical research study, and also for the production of certain high precision items. Modular Clean Rooms have a logarithmic classification system that follows a grading scale based on a variety of permitted particulates in the air. Class one spaces have 1 particle for every single 0.5 micrometers of cubic space and so on.

There are many elements that must be thoroughly considered when constructing a Clean Room. We integrate a wide variety of Clean Room options to help fit the requirements of your specific application.

Microelectronics applications with aluminum honeycomb panels tend to be the most popular wall panels selected for microelectronic Clean Rooms. They are non-outgassing, non-particle shedding, and anti-static as well as lightweight and non-combustible.

Pharmaceutical applications need panels that can be cleaned continually without breaking down with architectural finishes that hold up against repeated cleaning and sanitization with different chemicals as well as resisting microbial and fungal growth.

Custom-made applications for alternate surfaces and cores are also available to meet the requirements of any type of Clean Room application. Surfaces offered include melamine, vinyl, painted steel, stainless steel, Fiberglas ™ reinforced plastic (FRP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), high pressure laminates, and porcelainized steel.

Standard fire and sound panels are a cost-effective option for many Clean Room applications. Long-lasting vinyl surfaces are easy to clean and have an appealing look. This panel features a polystyrene core that provides excellent thermal insulation and sound deadening properties along with a layer of gypsum that helps it achieve a class A noncombustible rating.

Clean Space Ceilings:

Our 2" and 1-1/2" gasket grid ceilings combine flexibility with simplicity to meet the ever-changing needs of the technology markets. This grid system uses the total adaptability of non-progressive building and construction needed in most Clean Rooms.

Clean Room windows that we provide can be hermetically sealed and insulated glass systems or double flush glazing can be quickly included into many styles. Each can be glazed with a range of choices as specified by the job requirements including acrylic, double glazing, film covered glass, laser glass, Lexan™, static dissipative, tempered glass and tinted glass.

Clean Room doors are extremely long lasting and are readily available in various designs.  Choose from steel, electric sliding, full or half glass, or speed roll up. These doors are available with a range of alternatives including vision panels, hardware, locking mechanisms and fire ratings.

Clean Room coverings create fully flush corner transitions and smooth wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-floor connections. By getting rid of corners, the radius coving system enables total cleanability.

Fan filter units for our Clean Rooms are uniquely designed for low noise levels and affordable high performance air filtration systems that delivers up to 800 CFM of ultra clean air with low energy usage and low heat gain. These systems are offered with HEPA or ULPA filters and can be built to meet practically any electrical requirement. It is perfect for class 10 through class 100,000 clean room systems and offered in numerous housing types and profiles.
